Zoho CRM: A deeper product with a far larger ecosystem, if you accept per user pricing that rises with headcount

Indian sales CRM sold at a flat monthly rate with unlimited users instead of per seat
As of 31 August 2026, Kylas has a free plan and paid plans start at 12999/month. Kylas charges roughly 12,999 rupees a month for the whole company rather than per user, which inverts the usual CRM cost curve. Softwr lists it under CRM. Kylas is available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Kylas is a sales CRM built in Pune for Indian small and mid-sized businesses. It covers leads, deals, contacts, companies, pipelines, quotations, call and email logging, workflow automation and reporting, with mobile apps and a marketplace of Indian telephony and messaging integrations. The commercial model is the reason to look at it. Where nearly every CRM charges per user per month, the Kylas Elevate plan is a flat rate of about 12,999 rupees per month covering unlimited users, with quarterly, half-yearly and annual billing terms. A twenty person inside sales team that would pay per seat on Zoho or Freshsales pays the same as a five person one. There is also a lifetime free Embark plan with unlimited users and a hard cap of ten thousand records that cannot be expanded, and a custom Exceed tier with phone support and an account manager. What that model shifts is where the meter sits. Records are the constraint: Elevate includes one hundred thousand records, expandable at five hundred rupees per twenty thousand. Email templates, workflows, email tracking, security and BI analytics are all separately priced add-ons, at five hundred to five thousand rupees a month each, and onboarding is twenty five thousand rupees one-off. A large team with heavy automation needs can therefore find the flat rate quietly becoming a stack of add-ons.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Kylas.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Yes for seats. The limit is on records: ten thousand on the free plan, one hundred thousand on Elevate, expandable at 500 INR per twenty thousand.
Workflows, email templates, email tracking, the security module and BI analytics are add-ons from 500 to 5,000 INR per month. Onboarding is 25,000 INR one-off.
It works, but the integration marketplace and sales workflows are built for the Indian market and the pricing is quoted in rupees.
