Zoho CRM: A far deeper product with the same bundling logic across a larger suite, if you can absorb the added complexity

Indian RevOps CRM bundling sales, marketing, support and success in one per user subscription
As of 31 August 2026, Corefactors AI CRM starts at 899/month. Formerly sold as Teleduce, Corefactors packages four modules under one licence so revenue teams share a record. Softwr lists it under CRM. Corefactors AI CRM is made by Corefactors, available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Corefactors AI CRM is a revenue operations platform from Bangalore, previously marketed as Teleduce and rebranded to its current name. It is built around four connected modules: Sales Box for lead and pipeline management, Marketing Box for campaigns across email, SMS and WhatsApp, Support Box for ticketing, and Success Box for post-sale account management. Integrated cloud telephony with call recording and IVR sits underneath all four. The distinction is packaging. Most vendors sell sales, marketing and support as separate products with separate per seat prices, so a business buying all three pays three subscriptions and then integrates them. Corefactors sells one subscription with all four boxes on a shared customer record, which suits Indian SMEs where the same handful of people work leads, run campaigns and answer tickets. The built-in telephony is a meaningful part of that, because Indian sales teams run heavily on outbound calling. Published pricing is per user per month across four tiers named Seed, Sapling, Tree and Orchard, at roughly 899, 1,899, 2,399 and 3,999 rupees monthly, falling to about 599, 1,399, 1,899 and 3,599 rupees on annual commitment. Equivalent dollar tiers run about 10.99 to 46.99 monthly and 6.99 to 41.90 annually. The trade-off is that each module is shallower than a dedicated product in its category.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Corefactors AI CRM.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Yes. Teleduce was rebranded to Corefactors AI CRM and is sold under that name now.
Four per user tiers, Seed, Sapling, Tree and Orchard, at roughly 899, 1,899, 2,399 and 3,999 INR per month, or about 599, 1,399, 1,899 and 3,599 INR on annual billing.
Yes. Cloud telephony with click to call, IVR and call recording is built in, which is unusual at this price point.
Effectively yes at the higher tiers, because modules unlock by tier rather than being individually selectable.
