Pipedrive: If you want the same activity-driven approach with a bigger app marketplace and deeper reporting

Action-first CRM from Ireland that forces every contact to carry a scheduled next step
As of 31 August 2026, OnePageCRM starts at $9.95/month. OnePageCRM applies a getting-things-done discipline to sales: you cannot save a contact without setting a Next Action, so the pipeline is a to-do list rather than a database. Softwr lists it under CRM. OnePageCRM is made by OnePageCRM Ltd, available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
OnePageCRM is a sales CRM built by an Irish company around the Next Action method. Every contact must have a defined next step with a date, and the main screen is an Action Stream that lists what to do today rather than a set of dashboards. It covers contacts, deals and pipeline forecasting, email sync and bulk send, call logging, a mobile app with business card scanning, light project delivery tracking and workflow automation. The distinguishing decision is what it leaves out. There is no marketing automation suite, no service desk, no quoting engine, no ecommerce module. It is aimed at teams whose failure mode is not a lack of data but a lack of follow-up, typically small consultancies, recruiters, agencies and B2B sales teams of two to twenty people. The discipline is enforced by the interface rather than suggested by it, which either fits how your team works or irritates them within a fortnight. Commercially the notable fact is the billing gap. The annual rate is $9.95, $19.95 and $29.95 per user per month across Professional, Business and Max, while the monthly equivalents are $15, $29 and $45. Paying monthly costs roughly a third to a half more, which the vendor frames as four months free on annual. Unlimited contacts, deals and custom fields are included at every tier, so there is no contact-count trap. The trade-offs are the narrow scope, send limits on the top tier of 1,000 emails a day, and a small integration catalogue relative to the large platforms.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about OnePageCRM.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

No, only a trial. Every tier is paid, though contacts and deals are unlimited on all of them.
Substantially. Professional is $9.95 per user per month annually against $15 monthly, and Max is $29.95 against $45, which the vendor describes as four months free.
No. Contacts, deals, custom fields and tags are unlimited at every tier, which is unusual and matters for teams with large lists.
No. It sends bulk email with a daily cap and does not do campaign automation, landing pages or scoring. Pair it with a mailing platform.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for OnePageCRM, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish.
