A context graph over CRM, calls and documents that answers account questions with citations
As of 31 August 2026, Endgame's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Ingests Salesforce, Gong, email, documents and news into a graph, then answers account and deal questions with sourced citations in Slack, Teams or your own LLM via MCP. Softwr lists it under Sales Enablement. Endgame is made by Endgame, Inc., available on Web.
Overview
Endgame builds what it calls a context graph across your CRM, call recordings, documents, email and external sources, then answers questions against it with cited, source-linked responses. Practically that means account research briefs, meeting and call preparation, deal inspection, stakeholder and organisation mapping, and executive or QBR briefings, delivered through a web app, Slack, Microsoft Teams, a CLI, or an MCP server that exposes the same context to Claude and ChatGPT. The MCP server is what makes the current positioning coherent and also what makes it commercially awkward. Endgame is deliberately a layer underneath other AI tools rather than an application sellers open. That is the right architecture if your organisation has already standardised on an assistant and wants it grounded in real revenue data. It also makes return on investment hard to attribute, because nobody logs in to a context layer, and it leaves the product exposed if Salesforce or Gong ship equivalent native context. Buyers are enterprise revenue organisations already deep on Salesforce and Gong, because that is where the graph gets its density. Teams on HubSpot or using a different call recorder get a materially thinner product. Two facts should temper enthusiasm. Endgame has now pivoted twice, from product-led sales signals, to account intelligence, to a GTM context graph, on a Series B raised in February 2022 with roughly $47.5 million total and no disclosed round since. And there is no pricing page at all, not an empty one, a 404, so every deal is a sales-led negotiation with no benchmark and no way to budget without entering a cycle.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Endgame.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Gong: Gong already holds the call data and increasingly answers deal questions natively, which may remove the need for a separate context layer.

6sense: 6sense is the better fit if the need is buying-intent signals to prioritise accounts rather than context on accounts you already work.

Clari: Clari is stronger for forecasting and pipeline inspection as a defined workflow, rather than an ambient context layer.

Answered, with sources
Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
No. That was an endpoint security company. This is Endgame, Inc. at endgame.io, an account intelligence and context platform for revenue teams.
No. It pivoted twice. If your shortlist came from 2021 to 2023 coverage of PQL scoring, the product you would buy today is different.
Unpublished. There is no pricing page. Expect an enterprise annual contract negotiated per deal.
Not strictly, but the graph is built around them. On HubSpot or with another call recorder you get materially less value for the same price.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Endgame, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
