Highspot: If you need enterprise sales content management and governance rather than buyer-facing rooms

Client-facing workspaces for deal rooms, onboarding plans and customer portals
As of 31 August 2026, Dock has a free plan and paid plans start at $350/month. Dock gives every deal and every new customer a branded shared workspace holding the content, mutual action plan and order form in one link, and charges by plan rather than by seat, with external collaborators free on every tier. Softwr lists it under Sales Enablement. Dock is available on Web.
Overview
Dock creates shared, buyer-facing workspaces used as digital sales rooms during a deal and as onboarding hubs after it closes. A workspace holds documents, videos, pricing, mutual action plans with owners and dates, embedded order forms and AI-generated business cases, all behind one link that the seller can track. The same building blocks are reused for customer portals, partner hubs and internal enablement content, and activity flows back into the CRM so a manager can see whether a buyer actually opened anything. The pricing shape is what distinguishes it. Dock charges per plan rather than per seat at the bottom of the range: Free covers five users, Standard is 350 US dollars a month for ten, Premium is 1,000 a month billed annually for 25 or more, and additional seats are 50 a month. Crucially, external collaborators such as prospects, clients and partners are free regardless of tier, which removes the per-viewer maths that makes portal products expensive and means a team can share workspaces with hundreds of buyers without the bill moving. Buyers are revenue teams at business-to-business software companies, typically ten to two hundred sellers, replacing a mess of Google Drive links and follow-up emails. The trade-offs are branding and depth. Reviewers consistently cite limited customisation and a small set of content layouts, mobile rendering is weak, and the free plan withholds Salesforce and HubSpot integration entirely, which is the feature that makes the product operationally useful.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Dock.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

No. External collaborators are free on every plan, including Free.
Much less so, and the free plan has none. Budget for Standard if you want activity flowing back to Salesforce or HubSpot.
Yes, that is one of its stronger arguments: the same workspace carries from deal to implementation without rebuilding it.
Partly. Plans bundle a user count and additional seats are 50 US dollars a month each on top.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Dock, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
