Chili Piper: The established incumbent with deeper enterprise features and a larger partner ecosystem, at a price you have to ask for

Inbound lead routing and instant meeting booking on the demo request form
As of 31 August 2026, RevenueHero starts at $25/month. Routes a submitted demo form to the right sales rep and books the meeting before the visitor leaves the page. Softwr lists it under Sales Enablement. RevenueHero is available on Web, Browser extension.
Overview
RevenueHero sits on inbound forms and, at the moment of submission, qualifies the lead against CRM data, matches it to an account owner or territory, and presents that person calendar so the prospect books immediately rather than waiting for a follow up email. It also handles outbound scheduling links, meeting handoff between SDR and account executive, and CRM logging. The distinguishing commercial fact is transparency. Chili Piper and Qualified both require a sales conversation for real numbers; RevenueHero publishes a platform fee of 79 dollars a month on annual billing plus a per user rate from 25 dollars, and lists its add-on prices for spam prevention and enrichment. For a mid market team evaluating scheduling and routing, that alone determines the shortlist, because it is the only vendor in the set you can budget for without a call. Buyers are business to business software companies with an inbound motion and a rep team large enough that routing rules matter. The trade off is scope and scale. It does routing and scheduling well and does not attempt conversational marketing, chat or intent data, and its enterprise depth, security certifications and partner ecosystem are shallower than the incumbents it is priced against.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about RevenueHero.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Calendly: Sufficient if you only need scheduling links and do not need CRM-driven routing

SavvyCal: A cheaper personal scheduling option when there is no routing requirement at all

On annual inbound Essentials, roughly 250 dollars a month in seats plus a 79 dollar platform fee, so about 329 dollars a month before add-ons.
No. There are no admin licence fees; you pay only for users who take meetings.
Calendly books time on one person calendar. RevenueHero decides which person should own the lead first, using CRM data, then books.
For routing and inbound scheduling, largely yes. It does not cover the wider conversational and buyer-intent features some Chili Piper buyers use.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for RevenueHero, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
