HubSpot: If the execution gap can be closed with native sequences, tasks and workflows you already pay for

AI agents that run a deal playbook and keep quiet pipeline moving, integrated with HubSpot and Salesforce
As of 31 August 2026, Arrows's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Arrows started as a HubSpot-native customer onboarding tool and now sells AI agents that maintain a gameplan for every deal and do the follow-through reps skip. Softwr lists it under Sales Enablement. Arrows is available on Web.
Overview
Arrows is a sales execution layer that sits on top of a CRM. Teams define a playbook describing how deals should be worked, and agents maintain a per-deal gameplan against it: what the next action is, who owes what, what research is missing, which CRM fields are stale. The premise is stated plainly by the vendor, that most account executives actively manage five deals and let fifteen drift, and the agents are aimed at the fifteen. A rep-facing workspace lets sellers work deals without opening the CRM, while updates are written back to HubSpot or Salesforce in the background. Buyers should know the product has moved. Arrows was known for several years as a customer onboarding tool built tightly around HubSpot, with shared onboarding plans that customers could see and tick off. The current positioning is deal execution rather than post-sale onboarding. If you arrived at Arrows from a recommendation about onboarding plans, verify that the capability you were told about is still sold in the form you expect before you scope a project around it. Pricing is not published and is explicitly not per seat. The vendor scopes it against the volume of repeatable work, the number of active deals covered, and the systems it must integrate with, then proposes a figure. That is defensible for an agent product where cost tracks usage rather than headcount, but it removes the ability to benchmark, and it means two similar companies can be quoted very differently for the same product.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Arrows.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Answered, with sources
Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
It is now positioned around AI-driven deal execution rather than post-sale onboarding. Confirm with the vendor that the onboarding plans you want are still sold as you expect.
HubSpot is the deepest integration and its historic home, but Salesforce is supported. It is a layer over a CRM, not a CRM replacement.
By scope of work and deal coverage, not per seat. The vendor runs a scoping session before proposing a figure, and nothing is published.
No. It writes back into HubSpot or Salesforce and gives reps a workspace so they spend less time in the CRM interface.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Arrows, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
