Outreach: If you want a mature sequencing and forecasting platform with deeper admin controls

AI sales agents that research, write and send outbound, with published per-seat pricing
As of 31 August 2026, Regie.ai starts at $180/month. Regie. Softwr lists it under Sales Enablement. Regie.ai is available on Web, Browser extension.
Overview
Regie.ai began as an AI sales content tool and has become a sales engagement platform with autonomous agents on top. The lower tier, marketed as an AI sales engagement platform, covers sequences, intent-based prioritisation, a power dialler and AI-generated messaging. The upper tier, Force Multiplier, adds agents that work a book of accounts largely without a human: sourcing contacts, enriching them, deciding who to contact, writing the message and running the sequence, with a human reviewing rather than authoring. What is unusual is that Regie publishes the numbers, which makes it directly comparable in a category that mostly hides them. AI SEP is 180 US dollars per user per month on annual terms with a 10-seat minimum. Force Multiplier Rep is 499 per user per month with a 5-seat minimum and includes an allocation of accounts and contacts, custom enrichment, a parallel dialler and multiple mailboxes. An AI parallel dialler add-on runs 150 per user per month. The seat minimums are the trap: the cheaper tier has the higher floor, so a five-person team can only buy the expensive product. Buyers are outbound teams that want to increase coverage without hiring more SDRs, and the argument is explicitly a headcount substitution one. The trade-off is that autonomous outbound is only as good as your data and your positioning; pointing agents at a poorly segmented list produces more bad email faster, and the reputational cost of that lands on your sending domains, not on the vendor.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Regie.ai.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
1,800 US dollars a month for AI SEP at its ten-seat minimum, or 2,495 a month for Force Multiplier at its five-seat minimum, both on annual terms.
It replaces some of the volume work, not the judgement. Teams still assign someone to review agent output, which reduces but does not eliminate the headcount argument.
It is sold as a replacement and covers sequencing and dialling, but admin depth and integration breadth are narrower than the incumbents.
Force Multiplier includes 1,000 accounts and 4,000 contacts per seat with custom enrichment. Beyond that you are into an overage discussion.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Regie.ai, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
