Gong: If you want the most established revenue intelligence platform with the deepest benchmark data and analyst coverage

Call recording that writes back to the CRM and scores reps against your own qualification framework
As of 31 August 2026, Attention's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. AI conversation intelligence for sales teams that automatically fills CRM fields from what was said on the call. Softwr lists it under Sales Enablement. Attention is made by Attention Technologies Inc., available on Web, API.
Overview
Attention records and transcribes sales calls across Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams in more than a hundred languages, then acts on them. Its central capability is CRM auto-update: it populates Salesforce or HubSpot fields directly from call content, so pipeline data reflects what was actually said rather than what a representative remembered to type. Around that sit AI coaching scorecards that grade calls against MEDDIC, BANT or a custom framework, automatic follow-up email drafting, natural-language querying of pipeline data, and a Slack agent that posts call briefs and competitor analysis. The commercial logic is straightforward: Gong and Chorus established the category and are priced accordingly, and Attention positions as the alternative that puts the automation ahead of the analytics library. It raised a 30 million USD Series B in mid-2026 led by RTP Global with Aglae Ventures, Eniac, Alven and Linea participating, reporting four times year-on-year revenue growth and more than twenty million agent actions a month. That funding matters to a buyer for one reason: it makes a three-year commitment to a company founded in 2021 defensible in procurement. Buyers are mid-market sales organisations, roughly sixty per cent of its reviewer base, pushing upmarket into enterprise. Named customers include BambooHR, Preply, Abridge, Scale and Engine. The main friction is that unlike self-serve rivals such as Avoma or Fireflies, there is no published pricing and no self-serve tier, so even a ten-seat evaluation goes through a sales conversation.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Attention.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Attention, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish.
