ConnectAndSellvs
Salesloft

Salesloft: Salesloft covers cadence and multi-channel outbound at a fraction of the seat cost, if your bottleneck is orchestration rather than connect rate.

Live human agents navigate phone trees and gatekeepers, then bridge your rep to a decision maker
As of 31 August 2026, ConnectAndSell's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Not a software dialler. Softwr lists it under Sales Enablement. ConnectAndSell is made by ConnectAndSell, Inc., available on Web.
Overview
ConnectAndSell dials many numbers in parallel on a rep’s behalf, but the mechanism is what separates it: live human agents sit between the dial and the rep, navigating phone trees, working past gatekeepers and screening out voicemail, then bridging the rep only when an actual target human is speaking. The rep sits in a browser console and talks. Around that sit list and cadence management, call recording, generative AI real-time coaching and objection detection, call summaries and conversation rate analytics. The vendor claims eight to ten times the conversations per rep per day. That human layer is the whole product and the whole price. Software parallel diallers cannot get past a receptionist or a badly designed IVR; ConnectAndSell can, which is why it reaches decision makers competitors structurally cannot. Third-party reviewers put the cost somewhere between roughly $1,500 and $3,000 per rep per month depending on dial rate, though the vendor publishes nothing and those figures are unverified. Benchmark it against the fully loaded cost of an SDR, not against a $150 dialler seat. Buyers are US outbound teams selling into named accounts where a conversation is worth a great deal and phone contact is the bottleneck. The trade-offs are unforgiving. At that seat price the product must produce meetings continuously, so a ramping rep or a fortnight of holiday is directly expensive. Outcomes depend entirely on list quality, so you also budget for a data vendor. The agent model is built around US English outbound with no evidence of meaningful multilingual coverage or EU data residency guarantees, and contract terms are described inconsistently in the market, some sources citing a twelve-month minimum and others no minimum, which signals negotiated non-standard paper.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about ConnectAndSell.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Outreach: Outreach is the alternative when you need sequencing, forecasting and engagement data across the whole team rather than raw conversation volume.

Apollo.io: Apollo bundles contact data with dialling and sequencing, which addresses the list quality problem ConnectAndSell explicitly does not solve.

Those are software diallers. ConnectAndSell puts live human agents between the dial and your rep to handle gatekeepers and phone trees. That is why it reaches people software cannot, and why it costs roughly ten times more.
Nothing is published. Third-party reviewers cite roughly $1,500 to $3,000 per rep per month depending on dial rate. Treat that as unverified and get it in writing.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for ConnectAndSell, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
