Mews: A larger cloud PMS with a broader integration marketplace

Cloud property management system for independent hotels
As of 29 August 2026, Stayntouch's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Mobile-first hotel PMS built around checking guests in away from a desk. Softwr lists it under Travel. Stayntouch is available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Stayntouch is a cloud property management system for hotels, designed around mobility: staff can check guests in from a tablet in the lobby, and guests can check themselves in from their own phone or a kiosk. That is a deliberate bet about where hotels are going. The front desk as a fixed counter is an assumption most hotel software still encodes, and removing it changes both staffing and the arrival experience. The trade is that a mobile-first system asks more of a property's wireless network than a desk-bound one.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Stayntouch.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Check-in happens on a tablet anywhere in the property or on the guest's own phone, rather than at a fixed counter, which changes both queuing and front-desk staffing.
Reliable property-wide wireless. A mobile-first PMS is only as good as the network it runs on.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Stayntouch, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
