Cloudbeds: Bundles basic review and guest messaging tools that may suffice for a single small property

Guest review aggregation, survey and reputation analytics for hotels
As of 31 August 2026, TrustYou's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. A German reputation platform that collects hotel reviews from across the web, runs semantic analysis on them and pushes summarised scores to distribution channels. Softwr lists it under Travel. TrustYou is made by TrustYou GmbH, available on Web.
Overview
TrustYou aggregates guest reviews for hotels from online travel agencies, Google and social channels, applies semantic sentiment analysis to categorise what guests actually complain about, and presents scores benchmarked against a competitor set. It also runs post-stay and in-stay surveys, generates review responses, and syndicates a summarised score and review snippets to booking channels and the hotel website. More recently it has added customer data platform features, unifying guest profiles from reviews, surveys and the property management system. The distinguishing thing is the semantic layer. Rather than reporting an average score, it clusters free text into operational categories, so a general manager sees that breakfast complaints rose in a specific month rather than that the score fell by a tenth. That is the actionable part, and it is what separates TrustYou from a review inbox. The syndicated score also has a distribution effect, since displaying aggregated review content on a direct booking page is one of the few credible levers a hotel has against OTA social proof. Buyers are hotel groups and mid-sized independents in Europe and Asia Pacific, often bought by a marketing or quality function rather than by operations. The trade-off is that reputation software is a category where the underlying data is public and increasingly accessible for free through Google Business Profile and OTA extranets, so the value rests on aggregation, analysis and workflow rather than on access. Hotels that already have a customer data platform will find the newer TrustYou modules duplicate what they own.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about TrustYou.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
It is quoted. Historical directory listings mention entry figures around 75 US dollars a month for a small property, but the vendor does not publish a rate card and group pricing is negotiated.
It drafts responses and publishes them back to source channels, but a human still approves them unless you configure otherwise.
It is one of the more defensible parts of the product, because showing verified review content on a direct booking page counters the social proof advantage OTAs hold.
Google gives you your own reviews free. TrustYou adds cross-source aggregation, competitor benchmarking and category-level sentiment, which is the part you are paying for.
