Alchemer, formerly SurveyGizmo, is a survey and experience management platform aimed at research teams doing more than a satisfaction poll. Its emphasis is on question types, branching logic and piping — the machinery that makes a long, conditional questionnaire work without asking respondents irrelevant questions. It sits between the simple form builders and the enterprise experience platforms: more capable than the former on research design, considerably cheaper and lighter than the latter.
