What Formstack does

Formstack builds online forms, and then does the two things that usually follow a form in a business process: generates a document from the submitted data, and collects a signature on it. Most form builders stop at collection. That combination is why it appears in regulated and paperwork-heavy sectors. A form that produces a completed, signed PDF and files it removes a manual step that otherwise involves someone retyping submitted data into a template.
