AI parallel dialler and virtual sales floor for outbound teams making high call volume

As of 31 August 2026, Nooks's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Nooks dials several numbers at once, drops voicemails, filters out answering machines and puts reps in a shared audio room while they do it. Softwr lists it under Sales Enablement. Nooks is available on Web, Browser extension.

Overview

What Nooks does

Nooks is an outbound calling platform built around parallel dialling. Instead of a rep calling one number at a time, the system dials several simultaneously, discards voicemail and disconnected numbers automatically, and only connects the rep when a human answers. Around that sits a virtual sales floor where reps and managers share an audio room during a calling block, so a manager can listen in, a rep can ask for help between connections, and the floor gets the social pressure of a physical bullpen without one. It adds call recording, coaching, spam-label monitoring for outbound numbers, and signal-based prioritisation of who to call. The fact that changes the shortlist is cost structure. Nooks does not publish pricing, and third-party analyses put list at roughly 4,000 to 5,000 US dollars per user per year, though negotiated deals land considerably lower. On top of that, phone numbers are provisioned separately at roughly 10 to 15 US dollars per number per month, and parallel dialling at volume needs a pool of numbers to avoid spam flagging, so the number line item is not a rounding error. Budget it explicitly rather than assuming the seat price is the whole bill. Buyers are SDR organisations with enough call volume to justify it, usually ten reps upward. Below that volume the maths rarely works, and there is a compliance dimension: parallel dialling is regulated in several jurisdictions and abandoned-call rules apply, which is an operational obligation the tool does not remove.

What people use it for

  • An SDR team of twenty whose connect rate is low enough that reps spend most of the day listening to ring tones and voicemail greetings
  • A fully remote outbound floor that lost the ambient coaching of an office and wants managers listening in during power hours
  • A sales development group whose outbound numbers keep getting flagged as spam and needs number rotation and health monitoring built in
  • A revenue team running a call blitz on a specific account list where signal-based prioritisation decides call order rather than a static list

The honest half

Where it falls short

Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Nooks.

  • No pricing is published and third-party figures put list around 4,000 to 5,000 US dollars per seat per year, so the evaluation requires a sales cycle before you know whether the payback maths works at your connect rate.
  • Phone numbers are provisioned and billed separately at roughly 10 to 15 US dollars each per month, and parallel dialling at volume needs a large pool, which is a recurring cost buyers routinely omit from the business case.
  • Parallel dialling carries real regulatory exposure, including abandoned-call rules in several jurisdictions, and the tool does not absorb that obligation on your behalf.
  • There is a short delay when a connection is passed to the rep, and prospects who hear that pause at the start of a call are more likely to hang up, which partially offsets the volume gain.
  • The economics only work above a certain team size and call volume, so a team of three or a field sales motion with long research-heavy calls will pay a premium seat price for throughput they cannot use.

Answered, with sources

Questions people ask

Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.

What does Nooks actually cost?

Nothing is published. Third-party analyses report list pricing near 4,000 to 5,000 US dollars per user per year, with negotiated deals landing lower, plus separate charges for phone numbers.

Is parallel dialling legal?

It is regulated rather than banned, with abandoned-call rules and consent requirements varying by jurisdiction. Compliance remains your responsibility.

Does it replace Outreach or Salesloft?

No. It handles the calling channel and logs back to them. Most teams run Nooks alongside a sequencer rather than instead of one.

How small a team can justify it?

Realistically ten reps and up. Below that the seat price rarely pays back against the additional connections it produces.
