Pipedrive: If any member of the team uses Windows, or you want a pipeline CRM that works identically in any browser.

CRM and project management built exclusively for Mac, iPhone and iPad
As of 31 August 2026, Daylite starts at $15/month. A Mac-native CRM from a Toronto company that has been building for Apple since 1999. Softwr lists it under CRM. Daylite is made by Marketcircle, available on macOS, iOS, iPadOS.
Overview
Daylite is a combined CRM, project management and productivity application from Marketcircle, built as a native macOS, iOS and iPadOS application rather than a browser app in a wrapper. It handles contacts and companies, opportunities and pipelines, projects with linked tasks and appointments, calendar, notes and email. Its Mail Assistant plugs into Apple Mail so a message can be filed against a contact, opportunity or project from the inbox, and everything syncs through Marketcircle Cloud. The fact that decides the purchase is the platform restriction, and it is not a minor limitation. Daylite is Apple-only. There is no Windows application, and while a browser view exists, the real product is the native Mac app. For an all-Mac professional services firm that is precisely the appeal: it behaves like Mac software, works offline against a local store, integrates with Apple Mail and Contacts, and does not feel like a web page. For anybody with a mixed fleet, or a single contractor on a Windows laptop, it is simply unusable, and that one fact eliminates it faster than any feature comparison. Buyers are small Apple-committed businesses: law firms, consultancies, architects, financial advisers, agencies, typically two to twenty people. The other trade-off is that it is a CRM that treats projects as first-class objects, so it fits work that is relationship-led and delivery-heavy, and fits transactional high-volume sales badly. Pricing is per user per month with tier caps: Leap is single-user only, Growth stops at twenty users and Scale at a hundred.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Daylite.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Pipedrive: If any member of the team uses Windows, or you want a pipeline CRM that works identically in any browser.

Copper: If you live in Google Workspace rather than Apple Mail and want the same in-the-inbox working style.

Insightly: If you want CRM and project management together but need cross-platform access and stronger reporting.

No. It is macOS, iPadOS and iOS only. This is the single most common reason buyers rule it out.
There is browser access, but the product is designed around the native Mac app and the web view is not a full replacement.
Leap is 15 US dollars a month for one user billed annually, Growth 30 per user and Scale 45 per user, rising to 20, 40 and 60 on monthly billing.
Yes. The Mac app keeps a local store and syncs through Marketcircle Cloud when a connection returns.
