Compliant outbound dialling and contact centre infrastructure, under new ownership since October 2025
As of 31 August 2026, Alvaria's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. The outbound and compliance half of the old Aspect Software and Noble Systems merger, specialising in predictive dialling under US regulatory regimes. Softwr lists it under Customer Support. Alvaria is made by Alvaria, Inc., available on Web, Windows.
Overview
Alvaria was formed in May 2021 from the merger of Aspect Software and Noble Systems. What it sells today is contact centre infrastructure with an unusually deep outbound story: predictive, progressive and preview dialling engineered around TCPA, FCC and FTC constraints, campaign and list strategy management, plus inbound routing, IVR and self-service authoring through Alvaria CXP, recording, quality management and the legacy Aspect Unified IP on-premise platform. In 2026 it added agentic AI outreach with human oversight through a Parloa partnership, and real-time playbook-driven agent guidance. The thing that distinguishes it is regulatory engineering rather than features. In heavily regulated US outbound, collections, healthcare recovery, utilities arrears, the dialler is a compliance instrument and the cost of getting consent handling or abandonment rates wrong is statutory. Alvaria has run that gauntlet longer than most CCaaS entrants and will still deploy on-premise or hybrid, which some regulated and government buyers require. Two events in the last two years should decide whether it reaches your shortlist. In September 2024 the Workforce Enterprise Suite was carved out and rebranded back to Aspect, operating as a separate company: Alvaria was not renamed to Aspect, it split, so workforce management is now a second vendor and a second contract. Then in October 2025 a debt restructuring closed that cut borrowings from roughly $950 million to under $225 million and added around $50 million of new investment, transferring control from Abry Partners to a lender group led by Nut Tree Capital. Control now sits with a credit fund whose mandate is recovery on debt, which historically means cost discipline rather than aggressive research spend. That is directly material to a five-year platform commitment.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Alvaria.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Five9: Five9 covers outbound dialling with compliance controls on a cloud-only model, with far less balance sheet risk attached.

NICE CXone: NICE CXone keeps workforce management in the same suite, which is exactly what the Aspect spin-out removed from Alvaria.

No. It split. Aspect is the spun-out workforce management business at aspect.com. Alvaria kept outbound and contact centre infrastructure. Confusing the two points procurement at the wrong vendor.
Since October 2025, a lender group led by Nut Tree Capital, following an out-of-court debt restructuring. Abry Partners no longer controls the company.
Yes. Cloud, on-premise and hybrid deployments are all offered, which is one of the few remaining reasons to choose Alvaria over a pure CCaaS vendor.
Not per current reviewer reports on CXP. Voice and some SMS only, with no bring-your-own-carrier option for email and SMS.
