Mews: If you want basic guest marketing bundled with your property management system

Hotel guest data platform, email marketing and messaging built on PMS profile data
As of 31 August 2026, Revinate's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. A CRM and campaign platform for hotels that merges duplicated guest profiles out of the PMS and markets to the result. Softwr lists it under Travel. Revinate is made by Revinate Inc, available on Web.
Overview
Revinate is a guest data and marketing platform for hotels and hotel groups, based in San Francisco. It ingests profile and stay data from the property management system, deduplicates and enriches it into a single guest record, then drives segmented email campaigns, a voice and reservation sales product, and Ivy, an automated text messaging service for pre-arrival and in-stay guest requests. The distinguishing capability is profile resolution. Hotel PMS databases are notoriously dirty: the same guest appears as several records with different spellings, addresses and email variants, and no useful marketing is possible on top of that. Revinate cleans and merges those records and attributes revenue back to campaigns, which is what lets a hotel argue that direct email drove a measurable number of room nights. Without that attribution, hotel marketing spend is usually indefensible. Buyers are independent hotels, resorts and small to mid-sized groups trying to reduce OTA dependency, plus casino resorts with large databases. Pricing is not published; third-party listings put the messaging product at a per room rate with a monthly floor and the marketing platform in the several hundred dollars a month range per property, but you must get this in writing. The trade-off is that a property with a small database and low direct volume will not generate enough campaign revenue to cover the licence.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Revinate.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

It is not published. Expect a per property monthly figure scaled by room count with a minimum, and confirm which products are inside that number.
Yes for guest marketing, because it is built on merged PMS profiles rather than a contact list you upload.
Poorly. The economics depend on having enough guest records with usable email addresses to generate attributable revenue.
Not necessarily. Messaging is priced separately from the marketing platform; confirm in writing.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Revinate, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
