Channel management and ticket redemption connecting attractions to resellers

As of 31 August 2026, Redeam's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Middleware that connects attraction and tour operators to OTAs and offline resellers, and validates the tickets those resellers issue. Softwr lists it under Travel. Redeam is available on Web, API.

Overview

What Redeam does

Redeam is a connectivity and reconciliation platform for tours, activities and attractions, based in Boulder, Colorado. It connects an operator reservation system to online travel agencies, wholesalers, tour desks and offline resellers, keeps availability and rates in sync across them, and handles ticket validation and redemption at the gate so a voucher issued by any channel can be scanned and reconciled. What distinguishes it from an operator booking platform is that it does not try to be your storefront. Redeam solves the reseller side of the business: the operator with fifteen distribution partners, several of them offline agencies issuing paper vouchers, who currently reconciles all of it by spreadsheet and only finds out about a discrepancy at invoice time. The redemption and reporting layer is the point, because it turns partner sales from a monthly reconciliation exercise into a live record. Buyers are attractions, larger tour operators and destination businesses with meaningful third-party distribution, in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Pricing is not published; expect quoting by transaction volume or connection count. The trade-off is that a small operator selling mainly direct with two OTA connections has no problem here worth paying to solve, and would be better served by the channel manager already inside their booking platform.

What people use it for

  • An attraction with fifteen reseller partners including offline tour desks that reconciles voucher sales by spreadsheet every month
  • A destination operator wanting one integration to reach many OTAs rather than building each connection separately
  • A gate operation needing to scan and validate vouchers issued by any channel without knowing in advance which one
  • A business chasing revenue leakage from vouchers redeemed but never invoiced to the reselling partner

The honest half

Where it falls short

Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Redeam.

  • Pricing is not published, so budgeting requires a sales process and there is no way to sanity check the quote against a market rate.
  • It is not a booking engine, so you still pay for a reservation system alongside it and Redeam is an additional line rather than a replacement.
  • The value is proportional to the number of reseller relationships you have, so an operator with two OTA connections gains nothing over the channel manager in their existing platform.
  • Onboarding involves integrating both your reservation system and each partner, which is a project with dependencies on third parties you do not control.
  • The vendor is small relative to the OTAs it connects to, which means limited leverage when a major channel changes its API and connections need rework.
