Rezdy: Same owner, stronger reseller marketplace and better suited to agent-heavy destinations

Booking software for European tour, activity and leisure operators
As of 31 August 2026, Regiondo starts at €59/month. A Munich booking platform for activity operators, strongest in German-speaking Europe, priced from EUR 59 a month with a per-ticket fee rather than a percentage commission. Softwr lists it under Travel. Regiondo is made by Regiondo GmbH (Expedition Software Holding), available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Regiondo provides online booking, ticketing and channel distribution to tour, activity, leisure and attraction operators. It covers product setup with session and capacity rules, an embeddable booking widget, point of sale for walk-ups, vouchers and gift cards, resource scheduling, and connections to European and global online travel agencies. Its interface, invoicing and tax handling are built with German and wider European requirements in mind, which is a practical reason operators in those markets choose it over an Australian or North American product. The ownership history is worth knowing. ProSiebenSat.1 acquired Regiondo in 2019 and ran it inside the Jochen Schweizer mydays group, meaning the booking system used by independent operators sat inside a company that also resold experiences to consumers. That conflict was resolved in 2023 when Regiondo was sold into Expedition Software Holding, the Vertica Capital vehicle that also owns Rezdy and Checkfront. Operators comparing Regiondo against those two are again comparing siblings. Buyers are European activity operators, escape rooms, climbing centres, wine tours, boat trips and similar, typically with one to a handful of locations. Pricing is published from around 59 euros a month for the entry plan up to about 99 euros, with a small per-ticket fee, commonly cited near 49 cents, applied to confirmed bookings. The trade-off is scope and reach: outside German-speaking Europe the OTA connections and support are thinner, and the product is deliberately simpler than platforms built for complex multi-resource operations.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Regiondo.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

From about 59 euros a month for Grow and 99 euros for the higher tier, with a small per-ticket fee on confirmed bookings and 10 per cent off for annual payment.
Expedition Software Holding, backed by Vertica Capital Partners, since 2023. Before that it was owned by ProSiebenSat.1 within the Jochen Schweizer mydays group.
Not a percentage commission, but a per-ticket fee applies, so the cost scales with ticket count rather than with revenue.
It works, but the OTA connections, payment methods and support are built around German-speaking Europe first.
