Hostaway: Deeper reporting, owner statements and a wider integration marketplace for larger agencies

Short-term rental management with a flat per-property price and no percentage of revenue
As of 31 August 2026, Uplisting starts at $100/month. A short-term rental platform that publishes a plain per-listing rate and takes no cut of bookings, which is unusual in a category where percentage fees are normal. Softwr lists it under Travel. Uplisting is available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Uplisting is a property management and channel platform for short-term rental operators. It syncs Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo with an emphasis on avoiding double bookings, runs a unified guest inbox with automated messaging, provides a direct booking site with Stripe payments, and handles cleaning and team assignment with task automation. It also supports guest identity verification, damage deposits and smart lock code issuing. The distinguishing thing is the pricing shape. Uplisting charges roughly twenty US dollars per property per month with volume breaks at twenty-one and one hundred listings, and takes no percentage of reservation value at any tier. In a market where Lodgify takes 1.9 per cent below its top tier and several booking platforms add guest-side fees, a manager with high average nightly rates can save a great deal by paying a fixed sum per unit instead. The counterweight is the hundred dollar monthly minimum, which prices out one- and two-property owners entirely. Buyers are professional managers with roughly five to a hundred units who have outgrown a spreadsheet and want predictable software cost. The trade-off is scope. Uplisting has no owner statements or trust accounting worth the name, its reporting is basic, and it is a British product with the deepest support for European and North American channels; operators needing regional OTAs, franchise-style multi-brand structures, or investor-grade financial reporting will find it short.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Uplisting.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

No. It charges a flat monthly rate per property and takes no cut of reservation value, including on direct bookings.
One hundred US dollars a month, regardless of whether you have one property or five.
Not meaningfully. Managers who owe monthly statements to property owners generally run accounting separately or choose Hostaway or Guesty instead.
Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo are the core two-way connections, plus its own direct booking site and Google Vacation Rentals.
