Speciality and self-perform contractors. The unit of work is a crew and a machine on a shift, which is not how a general contractor coordinates trades.
On-Screen Takeoff: Can I still buy a perpetual licence?
No. Current releases are annual subscription. Older perpetual licences continue to run but do not receive updates.
Assignar: Does the mobile app work without signal?
Yes, entries are captured offline and synchronised later. Test it with photos attached on your worst site, because that is where sync problems appear.
On-Screen Takeoff: Is it sold separately from Quick Bid?
It can be, but ConstructConnect increasingly quotes it as part of a takeoff and estimating package. Ask explicitly for standalone pricing if that is what you want.
