Indian real estate CRM covering enquiry to registration, including unit inventory and post-sales collections
As of 31 August 2026, Sell.Do's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Sell. Softwr lists it under Real Estate. Sell.Do is made by Sell.Do, part of Aurum PropTech Ltd, available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Sell.Do is a real estate sales platform aimed at developers, brokers and channel partner networks in India. It handles lead capture from portals, digital campaigns and walk-ins, telephony-integrated calling and call recording, site visit scheduling, unit-level inventory with pricing and hold or block status, booking and agreement workflow, channel partner management, and post-sales demand generation and collection follow-up. AI features under the Jarvis name score leads and analyse calls. What separates it from a general CRM is that the Indian property sale is a long, document-heavy process that does not end at booking. After a unit is booked there is construction-linked payment demand, receipt tracking, and often years of collections before registration, plus channel partner commission that has to be attributed to whoever brought the buyer. Generic CRMs stop at the closed-won stage and leave the rest in spreadsheets. Sell.Do carries it through, and the modules are the reason developers pay for it rather than for a cheaper pipeline tool. Buyers are Indian residential developers, large brokerages and channel partner aggregators. The commercial facts to weigh: pricing is quote only with a five-user minimum and per active user per month billing, AI and communication volumes are billed as usage on top, and the company is now majority owned by Aurum PropTech, a listed group with its own portfolio of proptech products, which is worth asking about when signing a multi-year contract.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Sell.Do.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Aurum PropTech, a company listed on the Indian exchanges, holds a majority stake of around 84 per cent after increasing its shareholding.
Yes, construction-linked demand generation, receipts and outstanding follow-up are part of the product, which is the main reason developers choose it over a general CRM.
It is quote only, priced per active user per month with a five-user minimum, plus usage charges for AI, WhatsApp, SMS and telephony.
It is built for Indian property practice and portals. Buyers elsewhere will find the inventory, payment and compliance model does not match local process.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Sell.Do, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it. Tell us if any of it is wrong.
