Property management software for multifamily and commercial real estate
As of 29 August 2026, RealPage's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Enterprise property management for large multifamily portfolios: leasing, accounting, maintenance and revenue management. Softwr lists it under Real Estate. RealPage is available on Web, iOS, Android, Cloud.
Overview
RealPage is an enterprise property management platform for multifamily, commercial and student housing operators, covering leasing, accounting, maintenance, resident screening, utility billing and revenue management. It is one of the two dominant systems in large-portfolio US property management. Its revenue management product, which recommends rents from market data, is also the subject of significant antitrust litigation alleging it facilitated price coordination between landlords — a live legal matter that is material to anyone evaluating it.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about RealPage.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for RealPage, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it. Tell us if any of it is wrong.
