ServiceTitan: If you are a large US residential trades business and want the deepest sales and pricebook tooling

Field service management built around UK planned maintenance contracts and compliance certificates
As of 31 August 2026, Joblogic starts at £45/month. Joblogic is a British field service platform aimed at mechanical, electrical and fire safety contractors who run PPM contracts rather than one-off jobs. Softwr lists it under Field Service. Joblogic is made by Joblogic Ltd, available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Joblogic is job management software for service and maintenance contractors. It covers customers and sites, asset registers, quoting, job dispatch and scheduling, engineer mobile app with offline working, timesheets, purchase orders, stock, invoicing and job costing. Certificates and forms are a first-class part of the product rather than an add-on, and it connects to UK accounting packages. What distinguishes it is the planned preventative maintenance model. The system is built to hold a contract that generates recurring visits against a register of assets at a site, track the certificate produced at each visit, and show whether the contract is profitable once engineer time and parts are costed. That is a different shape of software from the reactive dispatch tools aimed at plumbers and cleaners, and it is why gas, fire and air conditioning contractors buy it. Certificates matter commercially because a missing or late one is a regulatory exposure, not an admin inconvenience. The buyer is a UK or Irish contractor with somewhere between five and a few hundred engineers, usually with a mix of reactive callouts and contracted maintenance. Trade-offs: PPM contracts, route scheduling, timesheets and purchase orders all sit above the published Standard tier, so the real price for a maintenance contractor is a quote; the product is written around British compliance and terminology; and the entry rate is billed annually rather than monthly.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Joblogic.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Joblogic, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
