ServiceTitan: If you are a North American residential trades business and want the pricebook and consumer financing tooling built for that market

Job management for Australian and New Zealand trade contractors, now part of the Simpro Group
As of 31 August 2026, AroFlo's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Australian field service and job management software built around trade compliance paperwork and supplier catalogues. Softwr lists it under Field Service. AroFlo is made by AroFlo (Simpro Group), available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
AroFlo is a cloud job management system for trade and field service businesses: quoting, scheduling, timesheets, mobile job cards, asset registers, inventory and invoicing, with accounting sync out to Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and Reckon. The mobile side is designed for technicians filling in compliance and safety forms on site rather than for office dispatchers, and the product carries a large library of pre-built Australian trade forms. The distinguishing fact is ownership. AroFlo was acquired by simPRO (now Simpro Group) in November 2021 as part of a K1 Investment Management growth round, and Simpro has since added ClockShark and BigChange. A buyer comparing AroFlo against Simpro or BigChange is comparing three products with one owner and one investor, which matters because it constrains how differentiated they will stay and who has an incentive to migrate you between them. Simpro has kept the brands and product teams separate so far, but that is a commercial decision that can be reversed. Buyers are electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and facilities maintenance contractors in Australia and New Zealand, typically with five to a hundred field staff. The trade-off is regional: the supplier catalogue integrations, the compliance form library and the accounting connectors are built for the Australasian market, so a UK or North American contractor gets a product whose best parts do not apply to them. AroFlo no longer publishes prices, so every deal starts with a sales conversation.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about AroFlo.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
Yes. Simpro Group has kept AroFlo, Simpro, BigChange and ClockShark as separate products with separate sales teams, though all four are under one owner.
AroFlo does not publish prices. Expect a per-user monthly figure in AUD quoted after a discovery call, with setup and training charged on top.
You can, but the wholesaler price feeds, compliance templates and accounting integrations are aimed at Australia and New Zealand, which removes much of the reason to choose it.
Yes. The mobile app stores job data locally and syncs when a connection returns, which matters for plant rooms and rural sites.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for AroFlo, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
