Fracttal One

Cloud maintenance management with strong Spanish and Portuguese language support

As of 30 August 2026, Fracttal One's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. A CMMS with real depth in Latin America and Spain, where local-language support and regional presence decide procurement more often than feature lists. Softwr lists it under Field Service. Fracttal One is made by Fracttal, available on Web, iOS, Android.

Overview

What Fracttal One does

Fracttal One is a cloud maintenance management platform covering work orders, asset management, preventive maintenance, inventory and IoT-based condition monitoring. It originated in Chile, is now headquartered in Spain, and has its strongest presence across Latin America and the Iberian peninsula. That geography is the reason to know it exists. Maintenance software is bought by maintenance managers, not by IT, and a plant manager in Colombia or Chile evaluating a CMMS is choosing between a product with native Spanish support, local implementation partners and regional invoicing, and a US product with a translated interface and a support queue in another timezone. Fracttal wins that comparison routinely, and it is largely invisible on English-language shortlists as a result. Functionally it sits alongside the mid-market CMMS field: mobile app, preventive scheduling, parts inventory, dashboards, and an IoT layer for sensor-driven maintenance. The differentiator is not a feature, it is that the whole product and the company behind it operate in the buyer language.

What people use it for

  • Maintenance operations in Latin America and Spain needing native-language support
  • Multinationals standardising maintenance across Spanish and Portuguese speaking sites
  • Plants adding IoT sensors to move beyond calendar-based maintenance
  • Organisations wanting regional implementation partners rather than remote onboarding

The honest half

Where it falls short

Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Fracttal One.

  • Pricing is not published, so it cannot be compared against MaintainX or Limble without a sales conversation
  • English-language documentation and community are thinner than the Spanish equivalents, which reverses the usual problem
  • Smaller partner and integration ecosystem than the US-headquartered competitors
  • Less recognised on English-language shortlists, which can make internal approval harder in multinational procurement
  • The IoT capability requires sensor investment to be worth anything, and the business case for that is separate from the CMMS decision

Answered, with sources

Questions people ask

Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.

Where is Fracttal strongest?

Latin America and Spain. Native Spanish and Portuguese support, regional implementation partners and local invoicing decide more maintenance software purchases in those markets than feature comparisons do.

What does it cost?

Not published. Pricing is quoted by tier and region, which is normal for this market but makes direct comparison harder.

Does it do predictive maintenance?

It supports sensor-triggered maintenance through its IoT layer. Whether that constitutes predictive maintenance depends on the sensors and the analysis behind them, not on the CMMS.

Is it a good choice for a US-only operation?

Usually not the obvious one. MaintainX, UpKeep and Limble have published pricing, larger English-language ecosystems and more local reference customers.

How does it compare to the US mid-market CMMS?

Functionally comparable. The decision is normally about language, support hours and local presence rather than about features.
