Olo: If you are a large North American brand and want ordering, dispatch and payments from one enterprise vendor

Middleware connecting delivery marketplaces to restaurant point of sale systems across Europe and beyond
As of 31 August 2026, Deliverect's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Order and menu middleware sitting between the delivery apps and the till, with the widest marketplace coverage outside North America. Softwr lists it under Restaurants. Deliverect is available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Deliverect connects delivery marketplaces, kiosks and first party channels to restaurant point of sale systems. Orders arrive from Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat Takeaway, Glovo, Talabat and dozens of regional platforms and are injected into the POS as itemised tickets; menus are maintained once and published to every channel; stock counts and item availability are synchronised so sold out items disappear from the apps. What distinguishes it is breadth of channel coverage outside the United States. A group operating in six European countries deals with a different set of dominant marketplaces in each, and Deliverect is one of the few vendors that connects all of them to a single POS integration. That is a genuine commercial moat, because the cost of building and maintaining marketplace integrations rises with every regional platform and each one changes its API on its own schedule. Buyers are chains, franchise groups and delivery led operators in Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Australia. The trade off is the pricing shape and the dependency. Plans bundle a number of orders per location per month and charge for overage, which means a successful delivery push increases the software bill, and any incident in the middleware stops orders reaching the kitchen while the marketplaces continue to accept them.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Deliverect.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

No. Marketplace commission is unchanged. It removes tablet handling, re keying errors and menu drift.
It integrates with most major cloud and enterprise POS systems, but confirm whether your system receives itemised orders or one consolidated line before signing.
Yes, through Deliverect Direct, which puts first party orders through the same pipeline as marketplace orders.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Deliverect, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
