What Clariti does
Clariti is a Vancouver based govtech vendor selling permitting, licensing, land management, code enforcement and inspection software to municipalities, counties and utilities. Its product covers the community development lifecycle: an application arrives through a public portal, routes to reviewers, generates inspections and fees, and issues a permit or licence with a defensible record of who approved what. The architectural decision defines the product. Clariti is built natively on the Salesforce platform rather than on its own stack, so agencies get Salesforce's configuration model, reporting, mobile clients and integration tooling without Clariti having to build them.
