Jobber: If you run one location and want published pricing and same-day setup

Field service and online booking platform aimed at franchise and multi-location service brands
As of 31 August 2026, Vonigo's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Vonigo is field service software whose real differentiator is franchise structure: a brand can run one system across dozens of independently owned locations with territory-based routing and royalty reporting. Softwr lists it under Field Service. Vonigo is made by Vonigo Inc., available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Vonigo is a cloud platform combining online booking, scheduling and dispatch, CRM, work orders, quoting, invoicing, payments and reporting for service businesses. Work is organised around bookable services with defined durations and prices, so a customer can self-book a slot on the brand website and the job lands on the right technician's route without a call taker in between. The distinguishing capability is multi-location and franchise management. Territories are mapped to postcodes so that an online booking is routed to the franchisee who owns that area, pricing and service catalogues can be set centrally or varied by location, and head office gets consolidated reporting across locations including the revenue figures royalty calculations depend on. That is a specific problem shared by moving, junk removal, cleaning, window cleaning and lawn care franchise systems, and there are few products that solve it properly. Buyers are franchisors and multi-location service brands, particularly in North America. The trade-off is that this is a quote-only enterprise-shaped sale with configuration work up front, it is not the cheapest or fastest thing to deploy for a single crew, and the product's depth in trades-specific areas like parts inventory and compliance certificates is thin compared with tools built for mechanical contractors.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Vonigo.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

No. It is per user with a minimum seat count and an onboarding fee, but the figures are only given after a demo.
Rarely. The franchise and territory machinery is the reason to buy it, and a single-crew operator will get the same scheduling for less from a self-serve tool.
Yes, that is a core part of the product; availability, duration and price come from the service catalogue so bookings do not need a call taker.
QuickBooks is the primary supported integration. Other ledgers need Zapier or a custom build.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Vonigo, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it. Tell us if any of it is wrong.
