WebRezPro

Cloud property management system for independent hotels, hostels, campgrounds and marinas

As of 31 August 2026, WebRezPro's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. A long-running Canadian cloud PMS that quotes per unit per month with no public tier list, and that covers unusual property types most hotel systems ignore, including campgrounds, RV parks and marina slips. Softwr lists it under Travel. WebRezPro is made by World Web Technologies Inc., available on Web.

Overview

What WebRezPro does

WebRezPro is a cloud property management system built by World Web Technologies, a Canadian company that has been in hospitality internet software since the mid-1990s. It handles reservations, front desk operations, housekeeping, group blocks, night audit, accounting exports and a commission-free booking engine, with two-way channel connections to the major online travel agencies. It runs entirely in the browser with no local server component. The distinguishing thing is breadth of property type. Where most hotel PMS vendors assume rooms, WebRezPro also handles campground and RV sites, hostel beds sold individually within a dorm, vacation rental units and marina slips, with the inventory model and rate rules to match. That matters commercially because mixed-inventory operators, a lodge with cabins and tent sites, a hostel with dorms and private rooms, otherwise have to run two systems or force one into a shape it was not designed for. The vendor also prices by unit type, which is why campgrounds and hostels are quoted differently from hotel rooms. Buyers are independent North American properties of roughly fifteen to two hundred units, often seasonal, often family owned, that want a system with a long operating history and a support team they can reach. The trade-off is that WebRezPro is workmanlike rather than modern. The interface is functional and dense, the mobile experience is thin, and the ecosystem of third-party apps around it is small compared with Cloudbeds or Mews, so anything unusual tends to need a custom integration rather than a marketplace install.

What people use it for

  • A lodge running both cabins and tent sites that needs one reservation grid rather than two systems
  • A hostel selling dorm beds individually alongside private rooms
  • A seasonal RV park that wants online booking without paying a per-reservation commission
  • An independent hotel replacing an on-premise Windows PMS and wanting to drop the server

The honest half

Where it falls short

Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about WebRezPro.

  • No pricing is published at all, so evaluating WebRezPro means a sales conversation before you can compare it against Cloudbeds or Little Hotelier on cost.
  • The interface is dense and dated, and staff used to modern consumer software typically need structured training rather than picking it up on shift.
  • There is no meaningful native mobile app for staff, so housekeeping and maintenance workflows are done through a browser on a phone rather than a purpose-built app.
  • The third-party integration ecosystem is small, and requests for connections outside the existing list usually mean a custom development quote rather than a marketplace toggle.
  • Revenue management is limited to rate rules and yield triggers rather than genuine demand forecasting, so properties that want dynamic pricing need to add PriceLabs or RoomPriceGenie separately.

Answered, with sources

Questions people ask

Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.

How much does WebRezPro cost?

It is quoted, not published. The model is per unit per month with a monthly minimum, and the per-unit rate differs for hotel rooms, hostel beds and campsites.

Does it charge commission on direct bookings?

No. The booking engine is commission-free; you pay the subscription and your own card processing rates.

Can it run a campground and a hotel together?

Yes. Mixed inventory in one property is one of the reasons operators choose it over a rooms-only PMS.

Is there an open API?

There is an API for partner integrations, but it is not self-service in the way Mews or Apaleo publish theirs, and access is arranged through the vendor.
