Pleo: If you want company cards issued with the expense tool rather than expense alone

Expense management with per-user pricing and a five-user minimum, built for European multi-entity teams
As of 1 September 2026, Rydoo starts at $10/month. A European expense product that publishes per-user pricing, which most of its competitors do not. Softwr lists it under Accounting. Rydoo is made by Rydoo NV, available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Rydoo captures receipts by mobile photo, extracts line data, applies policy rules and routes claims for approval before exporting coded entries to accounting or ERP. It handles mileage at statutory rates, per diems by country, VAT recovery fields and multi-currency claims with daily rates, and it supports separate legal entities under one account. What distinguishes it is compliance depth in Europe rather than card issuance. Rydoo does not issue its own card and does not depend on interchange, so it competes on published per-seat pricing instead of hiding cost in card economics. That makes it unusually easy to model: seats times rate, and the rate is on the website. It also means you keep whatever corporate card you already have, which is the reason many companies choose it over Pleo or Soldo. Buyers are European mid-market finance teams with staff in several countries and real per diem obligations. The trade-off is that expense is all it does; there is no card, no invoice processing and no procurement, so it sits alongside other tools rather than replacing them.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Rydoo.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Rydoo, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
