Pleo: If you want published per user pricing and broader European card coverage

European corporate cards, invoice management and accounting automation
As of 1 September 2026, Moss's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. A German spend platform combining credit cards, invoice capture and accounting exports for DACH and wider European finance teams. Softwr lists it under Accounting. Moss is made by Moss (Nufin Data GmbH), available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Moss gives finance teams corporate credit cards with per card limits, invoice capture and approval, employee reimbursements and preparatory accounting work for the general ledger. Its centre of gravity is the German speaking market: DATEV export is a first class feature rather than an afterthought, which matters because most DACH companies file through a tax adviser using DATEV and a tool that cannot export cleanly to it creates monthly manual work. The distinguishing commercial point is that Moss issues credit rather than prepaid or debit in its core German offer, extending a limit against the company rather than requiring pre funded balances. That changes working capital: spend settles monthly rather than draining cash on the day of purchase. It also means underwriting, so young companies and those with thin filed accounts can be offered limits far below what they asked for, and the limit is reviewed rather than fixed. Buyers are mid sized European companies, often twenty to five hundred employees, that want cards and invoice workflow in one place with a clean handoff to their Steuerberater or in house accounting. The trade off is geographic: strength in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the UK and Spain is not the same as global coverage, and multinationals with US or Asian entities will need another provider there.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Moss.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Credit in its core German offer, settled monthly against an underwritten limit, rather than requiring a pre funded balance.
Yes, bookings and receipt images export in DATEV format, which is the main reason German finance teams choose it over non German tools.
Not meaningfully. Coverage centres on Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the UK and Spain, so global groups need a second provider.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Moss, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
