Hostaway: If you want pricing bundled inside a property management platform rather than as a separate tool

Dynamic pricing and market data for short-term rental operators
As of 31 August 2026, Wheelhouse starts at $19.99/month. A revenue tool that sets nightly rates for holiday rentals, offered either at 1% of revenue or a flat $19. Softwr lists it under Travel. Wheelhouse is available on Web, iOS.
Overview
Wheelhouse is a dynamic pricing and market intelligence product for short-term rental hosts and managers. It ingests local supply, demand, booking pace and competitor rate data, then sets and pushes nightly prices to Airbnb, Vrbo and connected property management systems. Alongside the pricing engine it sells market reports and a mapping tool, Dynamic Sets, for grouping and analysing comparable listings. The distinguishing choice is that pricing strategy is exposed rather than hidden. Users adjust aggressiveness, minimum and maximum prices, orphan gap handling, seasonal shaping and last-minute discounting directly, and can see the market data behind a recommendation. Competitors tend to present a single recommended number. That transparency is what attracts professional managers, and also what makes the product harder to leave switched on and ignore. Buyers are hosts with one to a few listings and managers with dozens. The commercial detail worth checking is the plan choice: Pro Flex costs 1% of revenue with a $2.99 monthly minimum, and Pro Flat costs $19.99 per listing per month, falling to $16.99 at ten or more listings. A listing earning $3,000 a month costs $30 on Flex and $19.99 on Flat, so high-performing units should be on the flat plan and low-occupancy ones on the percentage plan. Wheelhouse does not make that arithmetic for you.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Wheelhouse.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Flat below about $2,000 of monthly revenue per listing is the more expensive option; above that Flat is cheaper. Compare 1% of your actual monthly booking revenue against $19.99.
Yes, and to Vrbo, plus through connected property management systems.
You can create an account and see market reports without paying, but rate automation requires a paid plan.
