TravelPerk: If you want a self serve booking platform with published subscription pricing and no agent touch fee model

Corporate travel booking and traveller care platform from CWT
As of 1 September 2026, myCWT's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. The booking app, web tool and agent servicing layer that CWT clients get as part of a managed travel programme. Softwr lists it under Travel. myCWT is made by CWT (part of Amex Global Business Travel), available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
myCWT is CWT's traveller facing platform: a mobile app and web booking tool covering air, hotel, rail and car, with policy enforcement, approval routing, itinerary management and a link to CWT counsellors for anything the tool cannot do. It also carries duty of care functions, traveller tracking and messaging during disruption, and pulls hotel content from CWT's negotiated programme alongside client negotiated rates. The fact that changes a shortlist is that myCWT is a component of a travel management contract, not a product line. CWT prices a programme as transaction fees: an online booking fee, a materially higher fee when an agent touches the booking, and often after hours and offline surcharges, plus in some contracts a management fee. Because the platform is bundled, buyers who compare a per seat tool such as TravelPerk or Navan against myCWT are comparing two different cost shapes, and the deciding number is your online adoption rate. A programme where a third of bookings become agent touches costs far more per trip than the online fee suggests. It is bought by large multinationals that need consistent servicing across many countries, complex air ticketing, and a single duty of care record. The trade off is that the tool is only as good as the servicing model behind it, and clients repeatedly report that the app experience lags consumer booking tools while the value sits in the human counsellors and negotiated air deals. CWT was acquired by Amex Global Business Travel in a deal announced in March 2024 and closed in July 2025, so the roadmap is now an Amex GBT roadmap and long term platform consolidation onto Amex GBT's Egencia and Neo estate is a live question for any multi year contract.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about myCWT.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

No. It is delivered as part of a CWT managed travel contract and is not licensed separately.
Transaction fees. The gap between an online booking fee and an agent touched fee is the single biggest lever, so measure your likely online adoption before comparing quotes.
It creates roadmap risk. Amex GBT completed the CWT acquisition in July 2025 and already runs Egencia and Neo, so ask for written platform commitments across the contract term.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for myCWT, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
