Overview
Nanoprecise Sci Corp is a Canadian company making MachineDoctor, a wireless condition monitoring sensor that measures vibration, temperature, acoustics, magnetic flux, humidity and pressure, paired with cloud analytics that classify the fault rather than just flagging an anomaly. Sensors attach magnetically or by stud, connect over WiFi, LTE or LoRa, and report to a platform that names the probable failure mode, bearing, misalignment, imbalance, looseness, lubrication, and estimates remaining useful life. The company also markets energy and carbon reporting derived from the same measurements. What distinguishes it from software-only reliability platforms is that the hardware and the diagnosis are one purchase.
