Regpack: What does Regpack cost?

Plan prices are not published. Three tiers exist, SMB, Mid-Market and Mid-Market Plus, all annual and all quoted. The published number is the processing rate, from as low as 1.5%.

Regpack: Is the 1.5% rate realistic?

It is the floor, dependent on volume and card mix. Ask for your quoted effective rate against your actual card mix rather than the advertised minimum.

Regpack: Can it handle payment plans?

Yes, and that is one of its stronger areas: automatic instalments, deposits and partial payments with per-applicant balances.
