Jotform: Much cheaper with published pricing, if your registration logic is simple enough for a form builder

Conditional online registration and payment plans for camps, courses and programmes
As of 31 August 2026, Regpack's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. A registration platform whose selling point is conditional logic: what an applicant sees next depends on what they answered, so complex multi-participant sign-ups fit one form. Softwr lists it under Events. Regpack is available on Web.
Overview
Regpack builds online registration forms where the questions, products, prices and payment schedules shown to an applicant depend on their earlier answers. That covers cases generic form builders handle badly: a parent registering three children for different sessions with sibling discounts, a course with prerequisite-gated modules, or a programme where eligibility determines the fee. Attached to that is a payment engine that is unusually flexible for a registration tool. Automatic payment plans, partial payments, deposits, discount rules and per-applicant balances are native, and Regpack processes the payments itself, publishing a rate of as low as 1.5% depending on volume, card mix and plan tier. For an organisation collecting a large volume of instalment payments, that rate rather than the licence is the number to negotiate. Buyers are camps, education providers, nonprofits and event organisers with registration too complex for a form builder and too small to justify a bespoke system. The trade-off is that Regpack has stopped publishing plan prices, offering SMB, Mid-Market and Mid-Market Plus tiers behind a "get pricing" button on an annual term, which means buyers cannot benchmark before entering a sales process.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Regpack.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Plan prices are not published. Three tiers exist, SMB, Mid-Market and Mid-Market Plus, all annual and all quoted. The published number is the processing rate, from as low as 1.5%.
It is the floor, dependent on volume and card mix. Ask for your quoted effective rate against your actual card mix rather than the advertised minimum.
Yes, and that is one of its stronger areas: automatic instalments, deposits and partial payments with per-applicant balances.
Harder than most registration tools, because Regpack also processes your payments. Plan for moving merchant processing and any live instalment schedules.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Regpack, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
