Flat per-location class management for gymnastics, dance and swim schools, from 139 USD a month
As of 31 August 2026, iClassPro starts at $139/month. Class booking, billing and skill tracking for children activity schools, priced flat per location rather than per student or per family. Softwr lists it under Scheduling. iClassPro is made by iClassPro, Inc., available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
iClassPro is class management software for gymnastics, swim, dance, martial arts and cheer schools. It covers class and camp booking, appointments and private lessons, party bookings, point of sale with inventory, skill tracking and evaluations, staff scheduling and time clock, check-in kiosk, waivers, make-up tokens and punch passes, two-way texting and a parent portal app. The pricing model is the differentiator. Signature is 139 US dollars a month per location, Elite 199 and Premium 299, all flat regardless of how many families or students you enrol. Signature and Elite carry no commitment; Premium requires a twelve-month contract. Competitors that price by active student count punish growth, and a school going from 300 to 600 students sees no software increase on iClassPro. A branded parent app is an add-on at 499 US dollars setup plus 150 a month, and Pro Insights includes one seat with additional seats at 19 a month. The buyer is a single-site or small multi-site activity school with recurring enrolment and tuition billing. The trade-off is that flat pricing per location works against you if you operate many small sites: ten locations means ten subscriptions whether each has 40 students or 400. iClassPro also takes payment services in-house, and that transaction rate, not the 139 dollar subscription, is where a school with substantial monthly tuition spends its money.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about iClassPro.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.
