Motive: If you need fleet grade telematics, hours of service and driver management rather than a driver amenities app

Driver app for truck parking, weigh stations and fuel prices, with a load board and small carrier TMS attached
As of 31 August 2026, Trucker Path is free to use. Trucker Path is a driver navigation and amenities app whose most valuable data, real time truck parking availability, is crowdsourced from other drivers. Softwr lists it under Logistics. Trucker Path is made by Trucker Path, Inc. (Renren Inc.), available on iOS, Android, Web.
Overview
Trucker Path is a mobile application for commercial truck drivers in the United States. It maps truck stops, rest areas, weigh stations, fuel prices, service locations and low clearance bridges, and provides truck legal navigation that accounts for height, weight and hazardous material restrictions. Around the app sit Truckloads, a load board for owner operators and small fleets, and a transportation management product aimed at carriers running a handful of trucks. The distinguishing asset is the parking availability data. Whether a truck stop has spaces at ten at night is not published by anyone, so Trucker Path derives it from driver reports and check ins across its user base. That produces a network effect that a well funded competitor cannot simply buy, and it is the reason drivers keep the app installed even when they use another navigation product. The commercial consequence is direct: the value of the app in a given corridor is a function of how many Trucker Path drivers run that corridor, so coverage is excellent along major interstate freight lanes and noticeably thinner on secondary routes and in Canada. Buyers are individual drivers and owner operators paying for themselves, plus small fleets that buy seats for drivers and sometimes the load board and TMS alongside. Renren Inc. acquired the company in 2017, which matters mainly because a driver location and movement dataset sitting under foreign ownership has drawn scrutiny from some fleet customers with defence or government freight, and those customers should raise it in procurement rather than discover it later.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Trucker Path.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

On major interstate corridors during normal hours it is usually right. Off the main lanes and late at night it should be treated as a hint, not a booking.
Renren Inc. acquired it in 2017.
Yes, for locating truck stops and fuel. Truck legal routing and trip planning sit behind the paid tier.
Only loosely. It is designed around individual driver subscriptions rather than fleet administration.
