Reportz

Per-dashboard marketing reporting at under ten dollars a client

As of 31 August 2026, Reportz starts at $9.9/month. A Serbian marketing reporting tool that charges 9. Softwr lists it under Business Intelligence. Reportz is made by Four Dots, available on Web.

Overview

What Reportz does

Reportz is a KPI dashboard and client reporting tool for digital marketing agencies. It connects to advertising, analytics, SEO and social platforms, assembles widgets into a shareable dashboard, and delivers it on a schedule under the agency's own branding. Dashboards are built from templates or from scratch, and each can be shared with a client via a link with no login required. The distinguishing fact is the price. Reportz charges per dashboard at 9.90 US dollars a month with unlimited users and unlimited data sources, and the tiers are simply volume bands of that same unit. An agency with twenty clients pays under 200 dollars a month for something that would cost several times that on tools with the same feature list. That pricing is possible because the product is narrow and the company behind it, the Belgrade digital agency Four Dots, built it for its own reporting first. Buyers are small agencies and freelancers who report to clients monthly and cannot justify enterprise reporting prices. The trade-off is scale of operation: the connector library is smaller than the big incumbents, breaking API changes take longer to fix because the engineering team is small, and there is no meaningful data modelling layer. If a platform you rely on is not supported, there is no realistic path to adding it.

What people use it for

  • A five-person SEO agency reporting to twenty five clients that cannot justify several hundred dollars a month for reporting software
  • A freelancer who needs one white-labelled dashboard per client and nothing else
  • An agency giving clients a live link instead of a monthly PDF, without buying client seats
  • A marketing team wanting a cheap always-on KPI screen fed from ad and analytics platforms

The honest half

Where it falls short

Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Reportz.

  • The connector library is smaller than the established agency reporting tools, and if a platform you report on is missing there is no practical route to getting it added.
  • Four Dots is a small agency-owned business rather than a funded software company, so API breakages and platform changes can take longer to fix than at larger vendors.
  • There is no data modelling, SQL or warehouse layer, so cross-source analysis is limited to what the widget set already supports.
  • Per-dashboard billing means an agency that builds several views per client loses the headline price advantage quickly.
  • Documentation and support are thin compared with larger competitors, and complex setups often need direct email support rather than self-service answers.
