Embedded analytics for SaaS products, billed by monthly active dashboard users
As of 31 August 2026, Luzmo starts at €995/month. The Belgian embedded analytics vendor formerly called Cumul. Softwr lists it under Business Intelligence. Luzmo is available on Web.
Overview
Luzmo is an analytics layer that software companies embed inside their own product so their customers can see dashboards without the vendor building a charting stack. It provides a dataset and modelling layer, a drag-and-drop dashboard editor that can be exposed to end customers, theming to match the host application, JavaScript and React SDKs, and row-level multi-tenant security keyed off a signed token. Luzmo IQ adds conversational querying over the same models. The defining commercial fact is the pricing unit. Luzmo charges by monthly active users, meaning unique people who open an embedded dashboard in a month, with Starter at EUR 995 per month and Premium at EUR 2,495 per month billed annually. That aligns the bill with how much your customers actually use the analytics, which is attractive when adoption is low and painful when it is high. A SaaS product that succeeds in making dashboards a daily habit for every customer will see the bill grow with that success, and there is no per-seat cap to protect against it. The buyer is a mid-market SaaS product team that has decided building charts in-house is not a good use of engineering. The trade off against a general BI tool is real: Luzmo is designed for embedding and is weaker as an internal analytics tool for your own staff, so most customers end up running something else alongside it for internal reporting.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Luzmo.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Luzmo, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
