Earned wage access and financial wellness for Indian employers, backed by Moneyview
As of 1 September 2026, Jify's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. An Indian on-demand salary product where the employer pays little or nothing and the employee pays a fee per withdrawal. Softwr lists it under Payroll. Jify is made by Jify (Moneyview), available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Jify lets employees of participating Indian employers draw a portion of already-earned salary before payday, with the drawn amount netted off at the next payroll run. It integrates with payroll and attendance systems to compute accrued earnings, and it wraps the withdrawal in a wider app offering savings, digital gold and rewards. It is operated under Moneyview, a licensed Indian lending group. The commercial mechanics are what a buyer should examine. Employer-side pricing is low or absent because the revenue comes from the worker: each early withdrawal carries a fee, and the effective annualised cost of a small advance taken a few days early is high even when the flat fee looks trivial. HR teams frequently present earned wage access as a free benefit; it is free to the employer, not to the employee. Indian regulatory treatment of earned wage access is also unsettled, with the question of whether the advance is credit under RBI rules still being argued. Buyers are Indian employers with large hourly or shift workforces, in retail, logistics, manufacturing and business process outsourcing, using it to cut attrition and reduce informal salary advance requests to line managers. The trade-off is reputational and regulatory: you are introducing a fee-bearing consumer credit-like product to your own payroll.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Jify.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Mostly the employee. Employees pay a fee per withdrawal; the employer subscription is low or waived, though employers can subsidise the fee.
It is structured as access to already-earned wages rather than credit, but whether Indian regulators treat it as credit is still contested.
A capped share of accrued earnings for the period, set by the employer, typically a minority of the salary earned so far.
