Overview
InsuredMine is a customer relationship and engagement platform for independent property and casualty agencies. It provides sales pipelines, automated email and text campaigns, quote and renewal tracking, task management, client portals and reporting on producer activity. It connects to agency management systems including Applied Epic, Vertafore AMS360, EZLynx and HawkSoft, pulling policy and client data across so agencies can run sales activity without keying it twice. The important structural fact is that it is an overlay, not a system of record. Agency management systems are effectively impossible to leave because policy history and carrier download connections are bound to the vendor, and the download connections rather than the features are the moat. InsuredMine does not attempt to break that; it accepts the agency management system as the source of truth and adds the sales and marketing layer those systems have always been weak at. That is a sound strategy for the agency, and it also means the product cannot fix anything wrong with your underlying data. The consequence buyers should test before signing is that integration depth differs by system. What syncs, how often, whether writes flow back and whether custom fields carry across is not uniform across Epic, AMS360, EZLynx and HawkSoft, and an agency that assumes parity will be disappointed. Ask for a trial against your live data on your specific system, not a demonstration environment. Buyers are typically agencies with five to fifty staff that have outgrown spreadsheets for pipeline tracking but cannot justify a full commercial CRM.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about InsuredMine.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

No, and it does not try to. Policy history and carrier download stay in the agency management system; InsuredMine adds the sales and engagement layer on top.
It connects to Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx and HawkSoft, but the depth of each connection differs. Insist on a trial against your own system before committing.
If pipeline and renewal follow-up currently live in spreadsheets, usually yes. If your agency management system already reports adequately on those, the overlap is larger than the gain.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for InsuredMine, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish.
