SeekOut: For a sourcing platform with an actually published self-serve entry price

Talent intelligence and sourcing platform built on a large pre-aggregated candidate data set, demo-only pricing
As of 1 September 2026, Findem's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. A sourcing and talent intelligence platform that pitches itself as a data company first, combining assistive AI sourcing with agentic automation for outreach and screening. Softwr lists it under Recruitment. Findem is available on Web.
Overview
Findem sources and ranks candidates using a pre-aggregated talent data set combined with what it calls 3D data, inferred attributes like skills trajectory and likely career moves rather than a static resume snapshot. On top of sourcing it layers agentic workflow automation for job posting, application outreach, screening and scheduling, and a separate embedded offering that lets partner platforms build on Findem's underlying data infrastructure. Findem's positioning is less about a specific licensed seat and more about a data asset: the pitch is that its pre-aggregated profile data, refreshed and enriched continuously, produces faster and more relevant sourcing than tools that query external platforms live at search time. That is a meaningful architectural difference from SeekOut or hireEZ, but it is not independently verifiable from the outside, and Findem publishes no pricing at all, self-serve or otherwise, unlike SeekOut's published entry tier or Fetcher's full price list. Buyers are talent acquisition and workforce planning teams, generally at larger or better-funded organisations willing to go through a full sales and demo cycle, wanting sourcing combined with broader workforce analytics and planning rather than sourcing alone. The trade-off against a self-serve competitor is that there is no way to size cost or trial the product without engaging sales first, which rules it out for a buyer wanting a fast, low-commitment evaluation.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Findem.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Findem, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
