What AMFG does
AMFG covers the operational chain a contract manufacturer runs: a customer or internal engineer uploads a part, a geometric estimating engine analyses it and produces a quote and work plan, the accepted job enters planning and scheduling, and shop-floor control and quality tracking follow it to dispatch. The company also markets an AI assistant that reads 2D drawings and PDFs to extract features and tolerances, which addresses the real bottleneck in job shop quoting, where most incoming work still arrives as a drawing rather than as clean model-based definition. The distinguishing choice is scope. Rather than being a quoting tool that hands off to an ERP, or an MES that assumes quoting happened elsewhere, AMFG spans both and positions the quote as the origin of the production record.
