Hotel guest data platform, email marketing and messaging built on PMS profile data

The short version
- Each has a real cost: Regiondo a per-ticket fee applies on top of the subscription, so a high-volume operator selling many low-price tickets pays disproportionately compared with one selling few expensive ones.; Revinate pricing is not published and is quoted per property scaled by room count with a monthly floor, so small properties often find the minimum higher than the campaign revenue they can realistically generate.
- They diverge on capability: Regiondo covers Booking widget, Revinate covers Guest profile resolution.
- Prices and features above were last checked on 31 August 2026.

Where each one falls short
Documented limitations, not opinions. Every one is a constraint you would hit in normal use.
Regiondo
- A per-ticket fee applies on top of the subscription, so a high-volume operator selling many low-price tickets pays disproportionately compared with one selling few expensive ones.
- Regiondo now shares an owner with Rezdy and Checkfront, so evaluating the three against each other is evaluating one company presenting three faces.
- It was owned from 2019 to 2023 by the parent of Jochen Schweizer and mydays, an experience reseller, and operators who signed during that period were running their bookings through a system owned by a distribution competitor.
- Strength is concentrated in German-speaking Europe; OTA depth, language coverage and support quality drop noticeably for operators in other regions.
- The product is deliberately simple, and operations with complex shared-resource constraints across many products find the scheduling model too coarse.
Revinate
- Pricing is not published and is quoted per property scaled by room count with a monthly floor, so small properties often find the minimum higher than the campaign revenue they can realistically generate.
- Value depends on database size and quality; a hotel with a few thousand contacts and mostly OTA business will not recover the licence cost through email revenue.
- The platform is sold as several products including marketing, messaging and reservation sales, so the quoted figure often covers less than a buyer assumes and the full stack costs considerably more.
- Profile resolution quality depends on how the PMS was operated, and a property with poor data capture at check-in gets a cleaner database that is still missing email addresses for most guests.
- It is hotel-specific, so a group with mixed accommodation including serviced apartments or vacation rentals will find parts of the model and integrations do not fit those units.

Answered from the vendors’ own pages
Regiondo: How much does Regiondo cost?
From about 59 euros a month for Grow and 99 euros for the higher tier, with a small per-ticket fee on confirmed bookings and 10 per cent off for annual payment.
Revinate: What does Revinate cost?
It is not published. Expect a per property monthly figure scaled by room count with a minimum, and confirm which products are inside that number.
Regiondo: Who owns Regiondo?
Expedition Software Holding, backed by Vertica Capital Partners, since 2023. Before that it was owned by ProSiebenSat.1 within the Jochen Schweizer mydays group.
Revinate: Does it replace my email tool?
Yes for guest marketing, because it is built on merged PMS profiles rather than a contact list you upload.
Regiondo: Does it charge commission on my own website bookings?
Not a percentage commission, but a per-ticket fee applies, so the cost scales with ticket count rather than with revenue.
Revinate: Will it work with a small database?
Poorly. The economics depend on having enough guest records with usable email addresses to generate attributable revenue.
Regiondo: Is it a good fit outside Germany?
It works, but the OTA connections, payment methods and support are built around German-speaking Europe first.
Revinate: Is Ivy included?
Not necessarily. Messaging is priced separately from the marketing platform; confirm in writing.
