What NAPA Fleet Intelligence does

NAPA Fleet Intelligence is a cloud platform for monitoring and improving ship operational performance. It brings together voyage data, weather, AIS and, where available, onboard automated data collection, and evaluates it against the NAPA Performance Model, a hydrodynamic model of the specific vessel. Modules cover performance monitoring, voyage optimisation, emissions and regulatory reporting for EU MRV, IMO DCS, CII and EU ETS, and stability and loading through the related NAPA onboard products. The distinguishing capability is the physics. NAPA has been the dominant naval architecture software vendor for decades, and Fleet Intelligence reuses that hull and hydrodynamic modelling. The commercial consequence is that NAPA can produce a credible performance baseline for a vessel it has never instrumented, using AIS and noon reports, which lets a charterer or manager assess ships they do not control and lets an owner get fleet-wide coverage without first fitting sensors on every vessel.
