Dovetail: If your need is analysing and storing qualitative research you already collect rather than running live sessions

Live AI-moderated conversations with hundreds of participants at once, analysed in real time
As of 31 August 2026, Remesh's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Runs a structured live conversation with several hundred people simultaneously, using AI to cluster answers and let participants vote on each other. Softwr lists it under Research. Remesh is made by Remesh, Inc., available on Web, API.
Overview
Remesh runs live research sessions in which a moderator poses open questions to as many as several hundred participants at once. Participants answer in their own words; the system clusters responses by meaning in real time and shows other participants those clusters to agree or disagree with. The output is qualitative language with a quantitative measure of how widely each view is held, which is the specific gap between a focus group of eight and a survey of two thousand. The platform has expanded beyond live sessions to include Flex for asynchronous studies, video research, an AI assistant called Remy that helps write discussion guides and analyse results, and an On-Demand Recruit service delivering participant panels in around 24 hours. The design premise is that you can get a defensible read on a message, a concept or an employee issue in a single afternoon rather than over three weeks of fieldwork. Buyers are enterprise insights teams and employee-listening functions, with Nestle, Barclays, Mercedes-Benz, YUM Brands and the research firms Ipsos and C Space cited as customers. Two things a buyer should weigh: pricing is not published and third-party estimates place annual contracts in the tens of thousands of dollars, and the funding trajectory has slowed markedly, with a 25 million USD round in 2021 followed by only a 4.25 million USD round at the end of 2022. Public review signal is also strikingly split, with a strong G2 profile on a thin review base alongside a poor Trustpilot rating driven largely by participant-side complaints rather than buyer complaints.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Remesh.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Sessions are designed for several hundred participants at once, which is the core reason to choose it over a conventional focus group.
No. Contracts are quoted annually, typically scoped by session volume, and third-party estimates place them in the tens of thousands of dollars per year.
Not entirely. It produces open-ended language with agreement percentages, which is stronger than a survey for understanding reasoning but weaker for precise population estimates.
Yes, through On-Demand Recruit, typically delivering a panel within about 24 hours, or you can bring your own list.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Remesh, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish.
