Global Shop Solutions: If you want an established shop ERP with a larger installed base and dealer network

Web based ERP, MES and quality system written inside a working CNC machine shop
As of 31 August 2026, ProShop ERP's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. ProShop was built by a machine shop that needed AS9100 paperwork to stop consuming its staff, and quality management is in the core rather than sold as a module. Softwr lists it under Manufacturing. ProShop ERP is made by Adion Systems Inc., available on Web, Windows.
Overview
ProShop ERP is a browser based enterprise system for precision machining and fabrication shops, published by Adion Systems and developed out of Pro CNC, a contract machine shop in Washington state. It combines ERP functions such as quoting, purchasing, scheduling and job costing with manufacturing execution features including digital travellers, tool and gauge control, and shop floor time capture, and with a quality management system aligned to ISO 9001 and AS9100. The distinguishing point is that the quality system is not an add on. In most shop ERP products, document control, non conformance handling, corrective actions, calibration records and audit evidence are either extra modules or a separate application, and the shop maintains a parallel paper trail to satisfy its auditor. ProShop keeps that evidence attached to the job, the part and the operation as work happens, which is why aerospace and medical suppliers pursuing AS9100 or ISO 13485 registration are its strongest segment. The commercial consequence is measurable: shops report audit preparation shrinking from weeks of assembly to producing records on demand, and that saving, not scheduling, is what usually justifies the purchase. Buyers are machine shops from roughly ten to two hundred employees running high mix low volume work under a quality registration. The trade offs are real. It is opinionated software that expects the shop to adopt its way of working, it demands disciplined data entry at every operation, and it is not a machine monitoring product, so it collects what operators enter at kiosks rather than reading signals off controllers.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about ProShop ERP.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Answered, with sources
Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
It is browser based and can be vendor hosted, but many customers run it on their own Windows server, which carries the usual infrastructure obligations.
No. It handles costing and purchasing and integrates with QuickBooks or similar for the general ledger.
Yes, because it takes operator input at kiosks rather than reading machine controllers. That is a strength for shops with older equipment.
No. It is built for discrete machining and fabrication with routings and travellers.
